Spacious room a stones throw from clapham common

Hi, I’m Anna a 26 year old professional looking for a likeminded gal to move in to my cosy and cute 2-bed (as my current housemate is moving to the land down under 🦘)

I am in the office 3 days a week and have a few rolling commitments (e. g. football, netball, Thursday work drinks) and quite a busy social life, so i’m ideally looking for someone who has their own stuff going on, but still wants to share in eachother’s days and lives when we can over a cuppa, a walk on the common, or in front of some trashy tv.

The common areas are cosy - kitchen area is a 1 person zone and in the same room as the living area, so someone who is tidy and easygoing would be ideal so we can work around eachother in the space, and enjoy eachother’s company. I have a long distance boyfriend and go away from time to time, meaning you’ll have the flat to yourself sometimes aswell!

It’s the biggest bedroom, with a deep built in wardrobe and top cupboard plus plenty of space to work from home. The bed, mattress and white drawers come with the room and some of the other furniture may be available to buy from my current housemate.

The bathroom is shared between the two of us.

Bills come to about £160 per person a month each - much of this is the council tax at about £70 per person each month (although we have received a rebate previously).
