Flexible Let in Clapham Common! (Read!)

We have a lovely 2 bed flat in Clapham Common - a 3 minute walk to the underground. 🌸

We’ve lived here for 2 years and have rented the room to friends bridging tenancies - ranging from 2-9 months at a time. Our spare room is perfect for a short-term let, there is lots of storage space and the flat is fully stocked with everything you’ll need.

Our lovely flatmate has just left and we are now looking for any of the following (please note the rates would be slightly different depending on which option):

☀️ Someone looking for a short term let (minimum 1-month)
⭐️ Someone bridging a tenancy for 1-5 months
💼 Someone looking to rent a room Mon-Fri (or specific dates only)

The price is flexible depending on what you’re looking for, what we’ve listed is for a full-time rental! (bills not included, but it comes out around £1400 pcm with bills!)
