Flexible Let in Clapham Common! (Read!)

We have a lovely 2 bed flat in Clapham Common - a 3 minute walk to the underground. 🌸

We’ve lived here for 2 years and have rented the room to friends bridging tenancies - ranging from 2-9 months at a time. Our spare room is perfect for a short-term let, there is lots of storage space and the flat is fully stocked with everything you’ll need.

Our lovely flatmate has just left and we are now looking for any of the following (please note the rates would be slightly different depending on which option):

🎄 Someone to rent the whole flat to themselves over Christmas (will be empty for a month!)
⭐️ Someone bridging a tenancy for 1-3 months
💼 Someone looking to rent a room Mon-Fri

The price is flexible depending on what you’re looking for, what we’ve listed is bills included for a full-time rental!

*Please note - would only consider couples for the Christmas rental, not the others!
