Our lovely housemate is reluctantly leaving our lovely house in Clapham Old Town to officially become a homeowner, so we are on the lookout for a friendly and sociable individual to take over the room on 6th December 2025.

Your new flat mates are 3 professional 30-33 y/o girls. We have the occasional dinner party and evening drinks with each other, but it is not a party house, and we are hoping to find someone with the same social spirit.

The room has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The desk pictured will be taken by our housemate but there is another one available if you don’t have your own. There is also a bathroom downstairs which is only used by the tenant in this room, so although it is not an en-suite, you will have your own bathroom! That bathroom can be seen in the pictures.

The house is conveniently located in Clapham Old Town, just a short stroll away from Clapham High Street (10min walk) & two tube stations; Clapham Common (10min walk) for the Northern Line and Stockwell (17min walk) for the Victoria line.

The rent is £858.81 a month. This amount is locked in until 2026. Monthly bills equate to £128.37 per person per month. So the total amount each month is £987.18. This covers water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax. The only additional bill is £44.35 per person per month towards a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

Deposit is £1132.
