You’ll be living with three girls in their 20s, all met through Gals Who Rent last year! The vibe is friendly and relaxed – everyone does their own thing during the week but we love a dinner, film or glass of wine together when we’re in 🍷.

🛏️ About the room:
Very spacious and fully furnished – double bed, wardrobe and drawers included. I’ll be taking the rest, but happy to chat if there’s anything you’d like to keep.

💸 Rent & bills:

£1,157 per month

Around £125 for bills (Wi-Fi, council tax, etc.)

Cleaner every fortnight 🧼

Just off Abbeville Road, less than 2 mins from Clapham Common 🌳.
Close to Gail’s, The Windmill, and loads of cafés and shops.

12 mins to Clapham South
