En-suite Clapham Common bedroom becoming available!!💘 end of May move-in! Girls only sorry.

⭐️ looking for someone to replace my large en-suite double bedroom in a gorg garden house, 5 mins walk to common tube! Sad to leave behind but moving to a slightly different area!

⭐️ 4 bed house in total. Plus an additional small bedroom which we use as a spare room/ office. One person is planning to stay on longer term (you would be living with Sean who is 28 & works as an architect!) Further rooms will become available soon.

⭐️ my room is en suite and very big, fitting a desk for anyone who wfh. Lots of room for storage, but you will need to bring your own bed. Drawers included.

⭐️ large garden with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table. The perfect house for hosting friends in summer!!

⭐️ the house is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common station and less than 10 minutes from Abbeville Road.

⭐️ Rent is £1,450 for this en-suite room, plus bills for usual expenses such as council tax, WiFi etc (c£140). It also includes a monthly cleaner and all the flat communal bits & bobs such as toilet paper, cleaning products, washing pods, olive oil, salt & pepper etc.

⭐️ deposit payable to the landlord is ~£1770. The landlord requires references, proof of employment etc.

⭐️ earliest move will be 24th ish May & looking for tenants who want to stay longer-term!
