💘 Clapham Common Bedroom!!💘

⭐️ Looking for a gal pal (ideally) to join our gorg Clapham Common home, as our lovely housemate is moving out of her double bedroom!

⭐️ You would be living with 3 other flatmates (1x 30 year old Aussie male, 1x 28 year old English male, and I’m 25yrs originally from Cheshire - looking for someone similar to our age). All working professionals, one architect and two of us in Finance!

⭐️ sharing the bathroom with 2 others.

⭐️ the house has 4 bedrooms, plus an additional small bedroom which we use as a working from home office and spare bedroom.

⭐️ large garden with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining table. Perfect for hosting friends in summer!

⭐️ the house is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common station and 10 minutes from Abbeville Road.

⭐️ Rent is £1,151 per month, plus £160 for usual expenses such as council tax, WiFi etc. It also includes a fortnightly cleaner and all the flat communal bits & bobs such as toilet paper, cleaning products, washing pods, olive oil, salt & pepper etc.

⭐️ deposit payable to the landlord is £1,664. The landlord also requires references.

⭐️ move in date flexible. Latest possible move-in date is 11th December.
