Double Room in Sociable Female Flat!

We are two Aussie/Kiwi females in our late 20's looking for a fun girl to join our flat! Sadly our good friend and current housemate is moving back home in December, so a room is available to be filled. The move in date is 22nd December.

About the flat:
3 bedroom flat in an off-street apartment building. Brilliant amenities including a tidy kitchen/living area. The bedroom itself is quiet, backed away from the road, and comes furnished with a set of drawers, cupboard, bedside table, plus storage under bed. We pay rent monthly and bills aren't included. We have a big shared communal back garden which is ideal when summer comes back around. We share the costs of household cleaning items as required.

About us:
We're Holly & Lauren, Aussie and Kiwi, who've lived in London for 2 and 6 years. We are super sociable and active, love travelling and spending time together whenever we can!

The location is amazing - A 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Common or Clapham North stations. A bus stop directly outside is super ideal and gets you to the Common in less than 5 minutes. Carpark space is available (off-street) if you need.

Reference checks are required and you’ll need to sign a contract as the new tenant. We have a really good relationship with our landlord, he is really attentive and quick to help if we ever need.
