We’re four girls in our mid to late 20s living in a lovely flat in Clapham Old Town. We’re looking for someone to join our home — ideally not just as a flatmate, but as a friend too.

The flat is a bright, clean, and homely 5 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms. We’ve also got a lovely separate dining room for dinner parties and a garden that’s perfect for sunbathing or BBQs in summer. It’s just under 10 minutes from Clapham Common Tube Station, and 5 minutes from the Common.

The room:
• Spacious double room with space for a desk (great for WFH)
• Available from 15th December
• Rent: £1152
• Bills: £100–£200/month, depending on the season
• Cleaner comes once every 3 weeks and gardener every other month!

We’re a social bunch who love chilled dinners, spontaneous pub trips, movie nights, and mixing with different friend groups. We’d love someone who’s up for good chats and the occasional weekend plan.

We’re after someone friendly, considerate, and easygoing who fits into the relaxed, sociable vibe we’ve got going.
