Hello!

A great double room is currently available within a 3 bed flat.

The room comes with comfy double mattress, built in under bed storage, built in wardrobe within room, new tv, chest of drawers and bed side table, plus lamp 💡

Alongside the bedroom there is a shared bathroom which was recently redecorated. The water pressure etc works well, my Dad is a builder/plumber and we fitted the bathroom ourselves.

The kitchen has also been recently redecorated with new large fridge freezer, and shelving units to share/store.

I offer business grade WIFI for free but the rest of the bills are split.

About me! I am currently an Assistant PM having previously founded and run my own heading company.

I am looking for a tenant flat mate who likes a friendly and ole atmosphere, as well as doing their best to keep tidy.

I am looking for a 3 - 6 month agreement ideally, with me renting the room for sure until January 2027.
