We’re looking for someone to fill a spacious double room in our first-floor, three-bedroom flat in a great location between Clapham Common and Brixton. 🏡

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and a large built-in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a good-sized bathroom (with both a shower and a bath!) with one other flatmate. The flat is ideal for someone who works from home a few days a week. 💻

Clapham South, Clapham Common, and Clapham North stations are all around a 20-minute walk (Clapham Common is the closest), and Brixton station is about 25 minutes away. There are also great bus connections nearby. Both areas have loads of fantastic shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafés. ☕️

You’ll be living with Edie (27) and Cari (34). We’re both easy-going, social, and like to keep the flat clean and peaceful. We enjoy catching up in the evenings but also have busy social lives, so we’re hoping to find someone with a similar vibe. 🫶🏼

We’re ideally looking for a female in her late 20s to mid-30s who’s friendly, respectful, and a good fit for the home. ✨
