Large Double room with TV

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am renting a large well decorated double bedroom. The bedroom comes with new bed base, new very comfortable mattress, new cupboard, new desk, new chair plus new TV and stand. Your room will also come with business grade broadband plus TV license.. Other bills; electric, water, and gas come to between £50 and £75 P/M (typically).

Alongside your room, there is a shared and recently redecorated bathroom and kitchen.

You will be sharing the flat with myself and one other.

I am an MSc educated person whom is currently working for a building consultancy in Berkshire. I typically get up quite early in the week and unfortunately get in quite late however these are my hours.

I am ideally looking for a person who has lived in a flat before so knows how to operate in a flat.
