Double Room Available in Clapham Common!

I’m sad to leave a great house-share in the heart of Clapham Common! Move in date would be the 2nd February 2026.

The room is a medium size double and you’ll share the bathroom with one other person on the same floor. Bills come up to just about £110/month.

You would be sharing with 2 ladies and a guy.

About the place:

It's 6 minutes to Clapham Common underground (Northern line) and has bus stops going to Clapham junction and Brixton a stone throw away.

There is a massive Sainsbury's, a small Waitrose, an M&S Food and loads of pubs/bars. Being a 10 minute walk from Clapham common park is gorgeous in summer and there is just such a variety of stuff to do.

The house has a garden, 2 bathrooms & 1 additional toilet as well as parking.

We don't have a gender preference as it’s more about getting the right person that can get on with the house while also having the basics (clean, respectful etc).

We all have our own lives/friends but we get on really well and do nights in and out as a house so looking for someone to have a similar vibe.
