Double Room 2 Minutes from Clapham Common Station

I’m looking for a flatmate to take the second bedroom in a lovely two bedroom flat in the heart of Clapham Common. The flat is literally 30 seconds from the Common itself, ideal if you enjoy picnics, green space or morning runs, and just a 2-minute walk to Clapham Common station.

The area is fantastic, with plenty of shops right on our doorstep, including a large Sainsbury’s, M&S Foodhall and Waitrose, as well as lots of great restaurants, bars and gyms nearby.

Rent includes all heating bills, so we can keep the flat warm throughout winter without worrying about extra costs.

About me:
I’m a 29-year-old South African professional and have lived in London and flatshared for around 7 years. I work for a pension fund in the City. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching a good movie, and motivating myself to exercise. I’m quite house-proud and have furnished much of the flat, so I really value a clean, tidy and pleasant smelling home. I work from home from my room about three days a week, so I’d ideally like to share with someone who mostly works from the office.

The room is available anytime from now until the end of February, my current flatmate is super flexible on move-out dates!
