Double Room near Clapham Common

We have two rooms available in a gorge 3 bed flat equidistant between Clapham Common, Clapham North and Brixton, living with one other girl. One room available from 1 March and the next from 1 April - but can be a bit flexible. The current lease is until July with option to renew.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen living and 3 bedrooms which all have built in wardrobes. We’ve lived here for a couple of years and love it - we are only moving out because of change in circumstances.

Rent is £950 a month. Deposit £723. Bills work out at roughly £110 a month. Parking space available on request to landlord for an additional £25 a month. Think the parking space might have gone up slightly since this but we can check.
