Double room opposite Clapham Common

Posting on behalf of my mum who is looking for a lodger.

Spacious and light double room with a walk-in wardrobe available in two bedroom flat in Clapham Common. The room comes fully furnished, with both a built-in wardrobe and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The flat is opposite Clapham Common and is extremely well-maintained.
The living room is very large and has a balcony overlooking Clapham Common. The house has a Smart TV and an Amazon Firestick.

There is a good sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and a washing machine.

The flat is a mere 4 minute walk away from Clapham Common tube station, which also has several bus routes running through it to central London. The Common itself is only a two minute walk away.

The flat is near Clapham Common High Street, Clapham Common Old Town and Abbeville Village which have very nice restaurants and bars.

There are several large supermarkets nearby - with a large Sainsbury's being within a 7 minute walk and a Little Waitrose and Iceland a 5 minute walk away.

The live-in landlady works full-time and does not work from home. She is from Chile and fluent in English and Spanish. She loves tennis, crime dramas and films.

Prospective housemates should be tidy and friendly. You will ideally have a full-time job and live a generally relaxed life.
