A bright and spacious en suite double room will be available from March 20th in our lovely 3-bed flat just off Clapham Common, through May 19, as this is when the lease ends. So a short term two month option although I can be flexible with the beginning date). 

The flat is on the second floor (so no ground-floor noise) and is located on a quiet stretch of Old Town Street. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Clapham Common Station (Zone 2) and steps away from Clapham Common itself – perfect for morning runs or weekend lounging. You’re also right by cafes, pubs, shops, gyms, and a Sainsbury’s Local (2 mins away), with a larger Sainsbury’s around 8 minutes walking.

The room is tucked away at the back of the flat for extra privacy. It’s generously sized (approx. 5m x 5m), has two large windows that bring in lots of natural light, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, dresser, nightstands, and two closets. You’ll also have your own en suite bathroom with a shower.

The rest of the flat is equally great – a spacious shared living room that gets plenty of light if you WFH and big tv, etc, a large shared kitchen with all appliances and essentials, and a washing machine with drying racks. There's two additional bedrooms for the other flatmates, a second shared bathroom, and two shared closets. There’s also bike storage in the garage downstairs.

You’d be sharing with two friendly flatmates in their late 20s who work in sustainability. They work mostly in-office with occasional WFH days, and the flat is set up well for that. It's a relaxed and respectful vibe, and we’re looking for another professional who's clean, conscientious, and easy to get along with.

No pets and no smoking indoors, please. The neighbours are great – friendly, helpful, and we often collect each other's packages.

Rent would be £1,450/month. As this is short term and I’m looking for someone to take my spot, I will cover council tax and utilities to make things a flat rate (I will lose a bit of money on this but I’m looking to make life easier as I am moving out of the country.)
