Double Room in Clapham – 9 Minute Walk to Clapham

We have a spacious double room available in our 6 bedroom house at 74 Crescent Lane, just a 9 minute walk from Clapham Common station.

The house is a large, well kept six bed property with two bathrooms. The available room is on the top floor and you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person, so it never feels crowded.

There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage and space to cook properly, as well as a spacious lounge where we hang out together in the evenings. Out the back, there is a good sized garden which is perfect for BBQs and relaxing when the weather is better.

You will be living with three males and two females, all aged between 24 and 27. We are all young professionals working in the City. It’s a fun, social and friendly house who genuinely get on well and enjoy spending time together. We do a bit of everything from pubs and nights out around London, to chilled evenings in watching films and cooking or ordering food together. Everyone has slightly different schedules with work and social plans, so some weeks the whole house might be around, and other times it might just be two of you hanging out. It’s a really nice balance between social and having your own space.

The house is ideally located just off Abbeville Road, with Clapham High Street close by. There are loads of great pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, as well as Clapham Common itself which is perfect in the summer.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and sociable who is keen to be part of the house rather than just renting a room.
