Double rooms in Clapham Common

Hi! I’m Fran and I’m looking for housemates to join a friendly 2-storey flat in Clapham.

The flat has a large shared living room with a dining table and balcony, a generous kitchen equipped with a small breakfast table, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, alongside a bath / shower and separate toilet. All the rooms are bright and airy. The area has a mix of families, couples and other house shares.

Room 1 is a spacious double with a king size bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The room also has space for a desk and could be suitable for someone working from home 3-4 days a week.

Room 2 is a small but cosy double which comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Would suit someone who doesn’t work from home as the room does not have space for a desk.

About me: I’m 27, work in architecture and am in the office 4-5 days a week. I’ve lived in the flat for just over a year, love the area and have a couple of close friends nearby. Our contract came to an end and my other flatmates have moved on (one to Australia) and so I’m looking for female professionals of a similar age. Ideally, who want to get to know each other whilst cooking in the kitchen, in front of the TV / Netflix, or a walk / coffee on the common. I also appreciate everyone having their own space and enjoying a quiet and clean environment at home, and I keep the space very tidy.

The flat is just under a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common Underground Station. It is nicely situated between Abbeville road and Clapham Common (both about a 10min walk).

Details: The rent for Room 1 is £1150pcm and Room 2 is £750pcm. The bills are roughly £130pcm and this includes everything - electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license, and Wi-Fi.
