Hi girlies! I’m subletting my room in our sunny Clapham common home whilst I’m away.
Dates are 13 March - 6th April but can be flexible.
Rent for the 3 weeks is £650 (includes all bills)
The flat is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath located in Clapham Common SW4. Its a 3 minute walk toward the main street to the major Sainsburys. the walk is a speedy 5 minute walk to Clapham Common. There are lots of buses though to take you into central with stops on the main street 2 minutes from the flat. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common Park/ Pear Tree/ Common Pizza.
You’ll be living with my 2 super chill & fun girls in their mid twenties, one from Aus and one from UK.
