Room rental for Summer 26 - Clapham Common

Double Room available 14th June – 31st August (2.5 months) - flex to start beginning June if required.

We’re looking for someone to take a room in our flat for the summer, ideally someone doing an internship or starting a new job in London.

The flat is in a Victorian house with modern, communal entrance with beautiful period features. It is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Clapham South tube (Northern line), right across from Clapham Common which is perfect for walks/sports. You’re well connected to the City and Canary Wharf, with a straightforward commute into central London.
You’d be living with two friendly guys in their early 20s who both work in finance in the centre of London. We keep the flat tidy, are sociable but respect each other’s space, and are all out during the day. The flat has a big roof terrace and 20ft private garden which is perfect for Summer in London. The room itself is cosy, has high ceilings, double bed, shelf unit, wardrobe, small desk and chair. Bathroom, sitting room and modern fully fitted kitchen are shared in light, airy flat.

The timing makes this ideal for summer interns or anyone on a fixed-term contract who needs a great base in south-west London without being tied into a long tenancy.

Clapham has everything you need on your doorstep. Great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the Common for evening runs or weekend afternoons in the sun.
