A bright, spacious room is available in a lovely 2-bedroom flat just moments from Clapham Common. Ideal for someone looking for a short-term stay while I’m travelling.

Please note there are two small dogs who have full freedom of the flat. They are very friendly, affectionate, and love attention, this home is best suited to someone who genuinely loves dogs. Bonus if you also have a small, well-behaved dog!

About the Room
• Super king bed (option to switch to a double if you’d prefer more space)
• Ample storage: large wardrobe + under-bed storage
• Ideal for home working: dedicated desk area + superfast broadband

○ 8-minute walk to Clapham High Street (Overground)
○ Direct buses into Central London
• Just 2 bedrooms – you’ll have your own private shower room
• Clean, modern kitchen
• Converted Victorian flat (please note: 2 flights of stairs, no lift)
• Not suitable for those sensitive to ambient noise
• This is not a party flat, it is important you are respectful to my neighbours and maintain reasonable quiet hours from 11PM onwards.
• On-street parking available via Lambeth permit (you will need to apply directly)
