Double room between Clapham and Brixton

Double room in second (top) floor two bedroom flat, Kings West SW4 8BG. I am leaving the flat and looking for someone to replace me asap. The flat has a large reception room and separate kitchen. The room is away from the main road and measures approximately 3m by 3m. My flatmate Henry is a professional musician and is out/away reasonably often.

The building is a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations (northern), and Brixton (Victoria) to the east via acre lane. Clapham high street overground station, which is adjacent to Clapham North, is also only ten minutes away. There is a bus stop literally outside the front door with several well-connected routes.
