The living area will be mostly unfurnished as the current flatmate will be taking her furniture with her, so there is an opportunity to bring anything you may already have.
Looking for a respectful female working professional aged 25-33 who values a clean, organised and relaxed living environment. You will be living with me (Lara), I am 29 from Australia working in Finance, I typically WFH 1-2 days a week and am often out exploring London and travelling!
Rent is £1,200pm excluding bills, which come to around £150pm (electricity, internet and council tax band E). Bond is £1,212.
Move-in date is 1st June. A new tenancy agreement will be signed under the updated rental legislation on a rolling monthly basis. You will will also have to undergo the standard landlord referencing and affordability checks. Please no couples or pets.
