- 6 min walk to big Sainsbury’s
- 2 mins walk from the common
- close to all the pubs and restaurants
- despite this the square is very quiet and a lovely neighbourhood

- 2 floors (raised ground and basement)

- Kitchen: new dishwasher and washing machine in the past year
- Lovely garden: (a work in progress currently as we ripped all the weeds up and replanted some grass seed a week ago) - also have some lovely neighbours that come to visit 🐈
