Lovely double room in Clapham, available from early June

Our roommate changed jobs and now moving closer to her new job, that’s why we are looking for someone new.

Come and join our three-bed flat in Clapham Park. It’s a ground-floor flat in a great building, with a large living room (including a workspace) and a big shared garden with a bike shed. Our garden is the perfect sunbathing spot for the summer as well as a social place as you’ll see many our neighbours working there or having small picnics. The room is a double, well heated, and comes fully furnished.

The location is really handy — Clapham Common and Brixton tube stations are a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away, and bus stops into central London are right on our doorstep.

We’re Vlady and Alison, a Ukrainian and a Brit in our mid-30s, we’re both busy with our works and other activities. Alison has admin work 9-5, Vlady has couple part time jobs in event management while is working towards getting a full time role in Quantum field, she’s currently studying in STEP as well.

We both like to stay active, Alison enjoys long walks around London, Vlady goes for hikes with friends and sometimes goes running with couple startups running clubs.
Bills are currently max £135 per month, including council tax, WiFi, utilities, and a cleaner.

P. S bathroom and kitchen has been renovated recently

The room is available from 1st of June, but we can be flexible by a day or two earlier if helpful.
