Double room on clapham high st with a view

I'm moving out with my partner and so need to find someone to move in with my excellent housemates. It's a double room that comes fully furnished (happy to leave the desk and chair) and a fantastic view of the city. It's in an incredibly convenient location, right on clapham high st with its shopping and nightlife but the room faces away from the street and is top floor so you get no noise. The flat comes with a massive balcony great for hosting and my flatmates and I make great use of it. Looking for anoyher young professional who can gel well with my mates.
