Spacious double room in sociable professional flat

I’m sadly moving out of this lovely flat and am looking for someone to take over my room. You’ll be joining three fantastic young professional women who are sociable and easy to live with.

It’s an ideal location next to the tube station, plus loads of great shops, cafes and pubs nearby.

Room:
A spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for WFH desk. The room comes with a bed only, although there is the option to purchase the desk and bedside table if you fancy.

Flatmates:
The girls are very friendly and love a good catch-up, while also have their own things going on. They’re looking for another young professional female who is easygoing, and enjoys the occasional relaxed night in or pub trip.

Move in date:
Available from 18th July

Requirements:
References will be required, including proof of employment, right to rent, and a credit check.

And it’s important you meet the girls beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit and you vibe well with the flat dynamic.
