Looking for 3 housemates to join me in taking over my current 4-bed house share in Clapham Common – move in date would be 23/08/2026.
The house is just off Clapham High Street, close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops and gyms, with excellent transport links via the Northern Line and Overground. The property itself is a modern 3-storey townhouse with a conservatory, garden, large garage and plenty of storage space. It has 3 toilets (downstairs, shared bathroom for 3 rooms and one en-suite). It’s a premium house share setup and would suit clean and respectful people. Looking for genuinely sociable housemates who are keen to get involved, not people who don’t engage with those their living with.
I currently live here and am trying to keep the tenancy by putting forward a complete group to the landlord as soon as possible. I will be occupying the ensuite room, so the available rooms are:
- Smaller room: £1,150 rent + approx. £150 bills = £1,300 pcm total
- Large room: £1,200 rent + approx. £150 bills = £1,350 pcm total
- Large room: £1,200 rent + approx. £150 bills = £1,350 pcm total
These figures are based on a proposed total rent of £4,800 pcm. House is on the market for £5,000 pcm, so this could increase slightly depending on the landlord’s preference, so please only message if you have some flexibility above the listed figure for the room you are interested in. I’m looking for people who are ready to move quickly, complete referencing, and sign promptly. Ideally professionals with stable income and documents ready to go.
