You’d be joining a lovely, sociable household with a double bedroom in Clapham with easy going and friendly housemates: Aaron (26, finance), Sam (27, e-commerce) and Olly (24, consulting).

⚡️ Bills: £100 est (including council tax, gas, electricity, water and cleaner every 2 weeks)

🛌 About the room:

Double bed, two chests of drawers and a bedside table, with a balcony only accessible from the room. Plenty of further storage space and a wardrobe in the corridor outside the room.

🏠 About the rest of house:

3 floor terrace with a spacious lounge, private garden, two bathrooms and kitchen with shared pots/pans, cutlery, glassware, plates etc but a private cupboard and personal fridge space.

All viewings taking place between 3rd to 9th July.
