Looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, ideally late 20's/early 30's and who is happy to do their own thing as well as things together. Always happy to grab a drink or get engrossed in a new series.
The flat:
- 30 second walk from Clapham Common tube station
- Right on the southside of the common (can see it from the window)
- 2 bed, 1 shared bathroom (bath and shower)
- All furnished
- Quiet, friendly residential building with it's own gardens
- Kitchen, living room, table area, tumble drier and dishwasher
- 1st floor
The room:
- Double bed
- Desk
- Full wardrobe
- Large drawers unit
- Has been recently painted
Rent: £1100 without bills
Bills: Depending on season, approx additional £177 at most
No couples, and sadly no cats (highly allergic).
