Hi! I’m moving out of London on 27th July, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely 3-bedroom flat ASAP.

The room is a furnished double, with a bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk all included. It’s roomy and comfortable, with plenty of storage and space to work from home if needed.

*Housemates*
You’ll be living with 2 friendly housemates, aged 25 and 29, one an actress and the other working in tech. They’re both easy-going, considerate and enjoy catching up after work while also respecting each other’s space. They’re looking for someone who’ll be a good fit for the flat and treat it as a home.

The flat, which comes with a spacious shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, has good access to green spaces and amenities, being right on the doorstep of Clapham Common (running, rounders, dogs!) and a Tesco, and is a 5min walk from Abbeville Road (pubs, restaurants, yoga studio, Gail's!!)

Located in tfl zone2/3, we’re well connected via the Northern line to central London and the City, from Clapham South Underground station just a 10-minute walk from us.
