After almost 2.5 years in the house we are sadly returning home, and are therefore looking for a single/couple to move in to our ensuite room in Clapham Old Town.

Location:
In our opinion the house is located in the best spot in Clapham- in the heart of old town, 5 min walk to the common, <1 min walk to a heap of popular pubs and cafes, 5 min walk to small Sainsburys, 10 min walk to big Sainsburys, next door to a gym, 7 min walk to Clapham Common tube station, 7 min walk to Wandsworth Rd overground and lots of busses around.

The house:
4 bedroom house with an outdoor courtyard with folding doors, separate dining/living spaces, laundry room.

The room:
Ensuite (!!) room furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table drawers. Large double-door shower. Option to purchase any other furniture we have already e. g desk etc.
Rent is £1550 a month (not including bills).

The housemates:
You will be living with three other lovely housemates in the mid 20s/early 30s who all met through living in the house - Charlotte (English), Cecilie (Norwegian) and Charlie (Australian).

Looking for:
A working professional couple (or single). Limited working from home time is preferred!

Available to move in August 6th!
