Hi there!
Sadly the time has come to leave my lovely and cozy room in Clapham Old Town as I am moving out of the area for my new job.
It is a two bed/two bath flat with a stunning balcony. It comes all furnished so no additional expense there. The flat is literally in the heart of the old town so plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants around. The Clapham Common tube station is within 6 min walk. The gorgeous Clapham Common park is sort of at your doorstep. Wonderful and safe area - couldn't recommend enough. (truly very gutted to leave)
Just a side note: The bills are coming on top of the rent and we split them in half.

Please send a short message if you'd like to arrange a viewing and I will pass this on to her. I will be moving out by August 16 so you could move in earlier than the official start date of August 23.
An important note though: to pass the referencing the agency is asking for a yearly income of 30x the monthly rent or a savings account.
