The location is ideal for any young London professional. We have Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury Supermarket, Whole Foods and loads of trendy cafés, bars and restaurants right on our doorstep. Clapham Common Underground station is just a 4-minute walk away, and the Common itself is about 30 seconds from the flat.

📄 Referencing Requirements

The successful applicant will need:

* A minimum annual income of £28,500
* A passport scan
* An employment reference
* A previous landlord reference
* Six months of bank statements

The deposit is protected under the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). The incoming tenant will pay the deposit directly to the outgoing tenant, and the letting agency will arrange for it to be transferred into your name within the scheme.
