A double room is becoming available in our friendly house just a short walk from Clapham Common. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving, as this has been such a brilliant place to live, my housemates are now some of my best friends. We all originally met through SpareRoom, which says a lot about the kind of house this is!
The room comes furnished with a bed and bedside table. All of the other furniture in the photos belong to me, so you’ll have the chance to make the space your own.
The house has:

* Shared living room and kitchen
* Great transport links, 2 mins from Clapham Common Station
This is a genuinely sociable home rather than just a house share, we love a night in as much as a night out. We often cook together, head to the pub, and watch TV and films. Love a holiday, festival or music event. We genuinely enjoy spending time together and want someone that wants to join in!
Move-in dates can be flexible, but ideally looking at the end of September.
