We’re looking for a new housemate (around 27–32) to take our third room!

The room:
Medium-sized and super cosy, on the first floor of our 3-bed flat. It’s light, triple glazed and comes furnished with a bed, huge built
-in double wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Also fits a desk for hybrid workers!

Rent & bills: £890 + ~£150 bills (a steal for the area).
Move-in: Flexible between mid - late September-October
Deposit: £950.

The flat:
Modern 3-bed 11 mins from Clapham Common Station and super close to Abbeyville Road and the common as well as access to Brixton Station. Shared kitchen, two modern bathrooms, living room and gorgeous balcony which gets the sun all day, as well as a shared garden! 🌅

About us:
• Tash (30) – works in finance; loves cooking, gym, pilates, brunches, day fests, and pubs.
• Lucy (29) – works in forensics; loves pubs, brunches, going out and cooking.

Tash works hybrid and Lucy is mostly office based, working from home 2 days a month. We are social but chilled.

You:
Friendly, sociable, and looking for a homely flat — up for dinners, pub trips, movies but we both have our own social lives as well!🍷🎬
