Sadly, my friend (and flatmate) is moving out to move in with her boyfriend, so I’m now looking for someone to take over her part of the lease. We’ve spent the past year making the flat feel like a real home and have loved living together, so I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy the space just as much.

Ideally looking for someone who is 28+, tidy, friendly and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Our landlord will not accept students and you must be in full time work.
