We have a large, bright en suite double room available to rent in our friendly house share in Clapham Old Town.

The Area: A generous 4 bed terraced house on the quiet and residential Rozel Road. Fantastic transport links, located 5 -10 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station and 15 -20 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station. Clapham Old Town is a brilliant spot with lots of great bars and restaurants, parks nearby and a Virgin Active gym around the corner.

The Room: a large, bright and airy double en suite room on the top floor of our shared house. The room comes furnished (bed, mattress) and has fantastic storage.

The House: A 4 bed terrace house with a shared bathroom and second shared toilet between three housemates. There is a spacious lounge suitable for working from home and a fully equipped kitchen.

About Us: You'd be living with Ruach, Lucy and a third flatmate we are currently advertising for to fill the 4th room. We are all professionals in our early 30s working in London (we mostly all work in the office so you'd have lots of wfh space!). We are a welcoming flat who enjoy the occasional pub night together but have our own lives and respect each others' space. Our previous flatmates Robin is moving in with his girlfriend and Millie is moving to buy her own place.

The room will be available from 9th October. Rent excluding bills is £1065pcm and there is a deposit of 5 weeks rent that the estate agents will sort with you direct. We're looking for a housemate between 30-36, ideally a girl to keep the gender balance.
