We’re looking for a friendly female professional to join our home in Clapham Common from 1st September until 31st January.

We have a lovely double room available, we’re both pretty independent, but enjoy having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

A bright double bedroom on the first floor with great natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, with plenty of room to make it your own.

🏡 The Flat

The flat has a large living room & spacious kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a Juliet balcony. You’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

📍 Location

Located on Abbeville Road, around a 10-minute walk to Clapham Common Underground, with all the cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops of Abbeville Village right on your doorstep.

✨ You’ll Be Living With…

Two friendly, easy-going girls in our mid-20s who both work in insurance. We have our own routines during the week, but enjoy catching up over dinner, watching TV or sharing a glass of wine from time to time.

Ideally you’re:

• Female, aged 25+
• Working full-time (ideally office-based or hybrid rather than fully remote)
• Friendly, tidy and considerate
• Looking for a relaxed, respectful house share

💰 The Boring Bits

• Available from 1st September until 31st January

• Bills average around £160 per month (this may be a little higher over winter) and cover WiFi, gas & electricity, water, household insurance and council tax.

• Household essentials (dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cleaning products etc.) are split through Splitwise.

• Deposit: £1,212 (returned at the end of the sublet, subject to the room being left in good condition).
