Large bedroom in friendly flat by Clapham Common

Hey! Me (M27) and my mate Aidan (M28) are looking for someone to replace our flatmate, who is moving out after several years of living in the property.

We’re looking for someone who can move in, ideally on 31st October or ASAP afterwards for the long-term.

A little about the flat/room:
- Large double room situated in 3-bed flat on the first floor of a small complex, rent is £860 + bills, which is approx. £120 each month.
- Bedroom comes with a bedside table, desk, and a very large chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Flat has 1 shared bathroom with a separate WC, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, comfortable lounge.
- Situated just a stone’s throw away from Clapham Common and big Sainsbury’s. Very easy access to amenities on Clapham High Street and Clapham Common tube station, meaning it’s very easy to get about.

About us:

You’ll be living with two professionals. I’m a civil servant and Aidan works in Tech Sales. We’re both big into films, music and football, and travel - and love an occasional trip to the pub, but equally do have our own stuff going on during the week. I only met Aidan after moving into the flat and we’ve become really good mates, so we’re hoping whoever joins us wants to be social as well. We’re also both tidy and respectful people and are hoping you can bring the same vibe.
