Bright, spacious 2-bed 2-bathroom garden flat a short walk from Abbeville Village and Clapham Common.

Flat is on a beautiful tree-lined avenue with no through traffic - very peaceful. 4-5 mins walk from Abbeville Road's restaurants, shops & bars. A few mins more to Clapham Common.

Decorated and furnished to a high spec furniture, appliances etc (info below) and super-fast fibre broadband.

Double patio doors open from lounge onto private garden and we're the only flat who uses the main lawn, beyond the hedge. These both get sunshine morning and end of afternoon-evening. Perfect for relaxing in the sun, BBQs, reading and garden gatherings!

You'd be sharing with a couple, Nico and Sam. Nico works in healthcare and likes dancing, hiking, cycling, trips out with friends - but also reading and occasional movies. We are clean, tidy, and consider ourselves very friendly and sociable.

Ideally looking for someone who does not work from home, or rarely as Sam often has to WFH. However, we are both very active so you'll have plenty peace and space too! Any Qs, just shout!
