Flat is on a beautiful tree-lined avenue with no through traffic - very peaceful. 4-5 mins walk from Abbeville Road's restaurants, shops & bars. A few mins more to Clapham Common.

Decorated and furnished to a high spec furniture, appliances etc (info below) and super-fast fibre broadband.

Double patio doors open from lounge onto private garden and we're the only flat who uses the main lawn, beyond the hedge. These both get sunshine morning and end of afternoon-evening.

You'd be sharing with me, Nico, a clean and friendly girl. I work as a dietician. I like dancing, hiking, cycling, trips out with friends - but also reading and occasional movies.
