This house is a little gem, tucked away on a nice quiet street moments from Abbeyville village and Clapham Common. The house is extremely quiet and safe. It has a lovely rear garden with a bike shed for anyone looking to store one. There is a separate lounge, kitchen and dining room. Netflix, Amazon Prime and NowTv on the box.
It is a 3 bed property consisting of 2 doubles and 1 single (my room).
All bills are included; cleaner (weekly), gardener (monthly) good wifi (zen), gas, electricity and council tax.
I work in finance based in Victoria (great commute!) although I work from Wales 2-3 weeks per month so am in Clapham for max 6 days per month. So it really will feel like your own place! My wife and son live in Wales to give some background.
There are currently 2 girls living there, 1 has just bought her own place and is moving out by the end of the month. The other is a lovely Italian girl who is a lecturer at King's college London. We are not a party house and not looking for a party flatmate!
