I’m heading back to Australia so looking for a replacement to take my room (female only, sorry boys).
The room is in a lovely attached house, 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station. The house is in great condition with six bedrooms, two full bathrooms and separate toilet, a spacious living room and large kitchen. There is even a small outdoor space at the back. The room for rent is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and closet.
The lucky renter will be living with 5 others, 3 boys (all English) and 2 girls (an Aussie and an Irish), all aged between 25-31. Most work in finance but we have a rogue health care worker as well. All very friendly and enjoy the occasional house activity, usually revolving around eating and a few drinks!
We’re looking for a like-minded female of a similar age to keep the balance. Needs to be friendly, employed and a non-smoker.
Rent is c.£590 per month, plus bills of around £100 (which includes Sky TV, internet, weekly cleaner / cleaning products and the usual). The room will be available on Sunday 9 November.
