Double room available in a fantastic 6 bedroom Victorian terrace house near Clapham Old Town.

The room is fully furnished and situated on the top floor of the house. There is a large lounge, kitchen, laundry room and a good sized rear patio with a barbecue and seating area. There are 2 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms.

Great location with transport links minutes away; it is a three minute walk to Wandsworth Road Station, for the London Overground to Clapham Junction or eastwards towards Surrey Quays near Canary Wharf, and to buses to Central London ; and a ten minute walk to Clapham Common or Clapham North tube stations.

All the housemates are very easy to get along with, friendly and great people to live with - English and Irish. There will be 7 people in total although it never feels that this many people live here, everyone has different jobs and people are often working during the day, socialising after work, away at weekends or having friends over.
So ideally we are looking for someone that is friendly, sociable, independent, tidy, 25 - 33 and must be professional.

The price is £730 per month for rent and bills included. Bills are for Virgin TV, internet, cleaner once a week, council tax, water, gas, electricity, and all household cleaning products.

There is a £775 deposit and we will be signing a new 6 month lease.

The room is available from Saturday July 25th or from Saturday Aug 1st if that suits better.
