Bright room to let at Clapham Common

Lovely double room at Clapham Common to let to a lovely, down to earth and clean female, who works and is family friendly. It is 5 minutes to Clapham Common tube station. We have a nice, respectful flatshare, we sometimes go out weekends with friends, going to the movies, concerts or having a drink etc. We are looking for someone trustworthy, laid back and quiet, who leaves the house between 7am - 7. 30am so that we dont get in each others way. We take it in turns to clean the house but we can also employ a cleaner. We don't want a flatmate who will bring boyfriends home, so you could say we are a "men free" zone.
