Large 2 bed house for 2 people with additional office/guest room. Bills included.

Right next to Clapham Common and Clapham Old Town in a discrete little off-road enclave, I have a good sized double room available to let.

The room is in a two bed house share, which benefits from a spare guest room and office space and a beautiful enchanting garden.

Available from mid -June, the room is nice and bright, with wooden floors, a desk, built in wardrobe, double bed, two chest of drawers and two bedside table drawers. Also access to fresh bedding and towels.

I am ideally looking for a mature professional over 30 who is empathic, considerate, mindful and self-aware. That includes being tidy and helpful around the house and who cares about the environment.

Someone who does not take themselves or anything else too seriously and knows how to let their hair down from time to time. I am avoiding anyone who works from home full time.

You will be sharing with one other tidy professional and benefit from a well managed clean and tidy, very homely and comfortable home.

The house has a private garden and a bathroom and shower with a separate toilet. There is a cool living space that spills out onto the garden with dining table, sofas and ambient lighting.

All bills (water, gas, electric, Internet, Sky, council tax, phone, Netflix, Amazon Prime) are fully included.

Local amenities include convenience stores, banks, cafes, cool bars and the high street just a short walk away.

Excellent transport links with bus, rail and underground that includes Clapham High Street and Clapham Junction.

Move in date is 11th August, although the rental period will usually start from the 1st of every month.

I don’t mind if you smoke so long as it is never inside the house.
