Sunny big double! Own bathroom, Clapham Old Town

A couple of minutes from Clapham tube, the whole flat is big, bright and airy with large rooms and high ceilings. Council Tax and Water are included in the rent.

Your double room has a double bed, a large wardrobe system and space for other furniture. Its own bathroom with walk-in shower is not quite en-suite but just across the landing.

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate big living room and a separate big kitchen. It’s in the Old Town area of Clapham Common, in the end of a beautiful terrace. It's on two floors - 2nd and 3rd so is securely off the ground and it’s large - about 80sqm in total. The sitting room is double-aspect with two sash windows to let in plenty of sunshine. The front door downstairs leads to just two other flats and it’s in a quiet location. Any previous tenants have always said good things about it.

Your flatmate is professional and tidy, She doesn't work from home so would prefer if you didn't too so days off are staggered. If you do wfh often I think it's fair to split some bills unevenly. Other than Council Tax and Water, half is around £100 pcm. I live close enough to be an attentive landlord but not on the doorstep. Although away from noise, it’s very close to the Common and the High Street which everyone knows about. It’s very convenient for everything and just a couple of mins from the Common tube station and buses etc. Sainsbury’s Local is just on the corner and parking is easy with a local permit.
