Lovely double room with private bathroom to rent in a 2 bed, split-level flat in Clapham Common. The flat is a 2 minute walk to the tube (northern line), banks, post office, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars but despite being so close to the hustle & bustle of the Common the street is really quiet!

The room is on the ground floor at the back with a high ceiling and lots of natural light. It is furnished with a comfy double bed and large double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and removable shelves. There’s also a large chest of drawers, desk & chair and bedside table. The occupant would have their own bathroom with a bath/shower, vanity basin and loo. This isn’t an ensuite but it's next to the bedroom.

The kitchen has been newly refurbished with a beautiful scandi-theme in mind, so it’s a really enjoyable place to cook and eat! There’s a large fridge-freezer, self-clean oven, washer-dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens out onto a decked, southwest-facing garden that gets plenty of sun, all day.

The living room is cosy but spacious with 2 sofas and a smart TV. As I mentioned, the flat is split-level so my room and bathroom are upstairs.
