Lovely large double room in a beautiful flat on the top floor of Wingate square in Clapham Old Town. Sharing the flat with a professional couple who work long hours & travel a lot, looking for a person who wants a furnished room (bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers) in a flat with a large open plan kitchen and living area with flatscreen TV and superfast fiber broadband throughout.
Shared bathroom but newly refurbished with shower and bath.

The flat doesn’t overlook the main road so is very quiet and has a large south facing balcony newly decorated with astro turf and beanbags which is a total suntrap a lot of the year.

Residents Discounts have been negotiated to the yoga studio and the bar ‘32’ next door so it’s a real home, with neighbors who we know, love and trust.

The price includes bills and cleaner :)

Happy to do a tour by FaceTime if you're not in London quite yet so you can get a feel of the place.
