Friendly flat just off Clapham High Street

Our share house has a double room available from the 17th August 2020 as I am moving. Our flat is located on a quiet residential street off Clapham High Street. The available room is bright and airy with a large bay window. It also comes furnished with a huge king bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers.

You'd be sharing the flat with Rachael and Nick, both friendly professionals working in London. They both have independent lives but are always up for a good chat and wine, very sad to be leaving them - they're fab! They are also respectful of each other’s space and keep the house clean and tidy (there is a cleaner that comes once a fortnight).

The Flat:
• Spacious living room with TV, couches, coffee table and dining table (this is where you will usually find us drinking a wine or 2);
• Separate kitchen with a range of appliances and washing machine; and
• Good size bathroom which has been recently painted and a new bath/shower installed.

The location:
• There is a big Sainsbury’s a 5 min walk away or there is a Sainsbury’s local 2 min walk away on Clapham High Street;
• 4 min walk to Clapham North Underground and Clapham High Street Overground;
• 8 min walk to Clapham Common Station;
• Close to multiple bus stops, servicing Stockwell, Tooting, Elephant and Castle, Croydon, South Kensington; and
• 10 min walk to Clapham Common.

The cost:
• The room is £667 a month not including bills (bills average £110 p/m).
• Bills include internet, water, electricity, gas, TV licence and council tax.
