Double In Clapham

Hiya!

We have a double room open in a super cheap flat in Clapham! This kind of deal hardly ever pops up! We need to fill the room ASAP!

It’s a charming flat with 3 double bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and a kitchen with walk out balcony. There’s also a little nook by the rooms that we use to store stuff and hang laundry. Kitchen has gas stove and oven, big fridge and is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We have a brand new clothing washer(got it 2/3/20) around the corner in the back nook of the kitchen, near the walk out balcony. Bathroom was re done a couple of years ago and is in good condition. Also, the mattress in the bedroom was replaced 6 months ago!

About us: I’m Katie, Canadian and a teacher in the area. Vilmer is Swedish and works Ina few fields. We are pretty chill, have been friends for over 3 years and both play football. I run a free meetup group in the park wth a bunch of other people so if you are into sport that is a plus!

We are looking for someone between 26-34, open if the person is super chill. Because it’s a small flat, it’s really important you are a clean person. Wash your dishes right away, clean the counter after you cook, just generally cleaning up after yourself. We rotate and clean on weekends which has worked out well so you have to be down to clean the flat properly once every 3 weeks.

The room is £465 a month plus bills which totals of £541 a month for the room, it’s a sweet deal. Electric and gas are every 3 months. We are a 3 minute walk to Clapham High street and a 5 minute walk to the park. Just over 5 minutes to the tube and over ground so it’s great for commuting.
